North Sound Industries houses a warehouse environment allowing for secure storage, shipping and receiving of product for current projects or long-term deep storage for future plan development.
Records Storage
North Sound Industries provides customers with the highest levels of privacy and security concerning their confidential records. Your records are stored in a secure warehouse environment, behind locked indoor warehouse fencing, accessible only by authorized North Sound records personnel.
All racking is seismically braced and meets all seismic standards. North Sound also has excellent employee retention, ensuring skill, accuracy and security when handling your files. A secure inventory database allows for accurate accounting of all stored records. Accessed records are receipted and ONLY client authorized personnel may request access to stored records.
Secure Storage
Our general warehouse facility is equipped to protect your property. It has climate control, sprinklers and is connected to 24-hour fire system. Our warehouse is also designed to receive and manage records and file storage.
Inventory Control
We start by coding and cataloging your records in our computer data base program. This makes locating, retrieving and delivering an item back to you easy and efficient. A monthly status report shows you what records have been accessed and when. We will retrieve and deliver them anywhere within an hour if needed. Inventory is updated at each access and made available to our clients upon request.
Moving Boxes
NSI auto-bottom boxes are available in bundles of 10 with a 10-box minimum and no maximum.
