Installation & Reconfiguration
North Sound Industries employs a trained staff of furniture installers proficient in all major brands of office furniture and modular furniture systems.
All installation projects begin with clear communication between the client and North Sound Industries. Our project management team will meet with your department heads to discuss the project in detail to ensure all expectations are met and exceeded.
General Conditions
Our trained and experienced staff is fully uniformed. Uninterrupted communication is achieved through the use of Nextel two-way radios to ensure required communication with our clients and internal staff. North Sound Industries will not sub-contract any portion of the project.
Our Project Management team and supervisory personnel will be on-site at all times during your project. We will take full responsibility for our personnel and equipment.
Furniture Staging & Installation
All critical paths for each phase of your project are established at the onset of the project. Internal staff meetings, preceding arrival on job site, are required throughout the duration of the project, allowing individual employees to arrive on the job informed and directed as to the day’s scheduled events.
North Sound Industries is committed to communication and execution based on our client’s requirements and pro-active responses to all special needs.
Security
In an effort to protect our client’s property and to ensure a secure environment on the project site we have the following procedures in place; protective equipment (i.e. Masonite, corner protection, etc.) is placed preceding any and all installation and/or reconfiguration projects. Our project managers stay in direct communication with security staff as to the access/egress of the impacted area as well as specific rules and regulations surrounding the site.
Insurance Requirements
North Sound Industries has certificates of comprehensive general liability insurance for $2,000,000, $1,000,000 each occurrence, $100,000 fire damage, $5,000 medical expense for one person, $1,000,000 personal and ADV injury, $2,000,000 products-COMP/OP AGG.
Damage Policy
The damage reimbursement policy for North Sound Industries is as follows: Any damage that the North Sound Industries is responsible for will be replaced or repaired to full face value in a timely matter to the full expectation of the client.
Emergencies
Our safety supervisor will be on site throughout the project to identify problem areas and act accordingly on each issue. Should an emergency occur each project manager is trained to evaluate the severity of the situation and direct his/her staff to the appropriate actions.
